Where Stillness Becomes Strength

Experiences that cultivate deep rest, embodied presence,

and the capacity to meet life from a more grounded place.

The Ritual of Returning

There is a different kind of luxury in being fully present.

In a world of constant stimulation, true restoration is the ability to quiet the noise, soften the body, and hear yourself again. Each experience is intentionally designed as a sensory retreat—bringing together breathwork, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, restorative movement, sound, and stillness in a deeply immersive practice.

This is not simply time to relax. It is time to recalibrate.

As the body releases and the mind becomes quiet, you create the space to move through life differently—with greater clarity, deeper presence, emotional spaciousness, and a renewed sense of self.

Leave feeling lighter. More grounded. More connected. More you.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes, allowing the body to gently soften while creating space for deeper release and stillness. It combines mindful movement, breath, and Chinese medicine to encourage relaxation, overall wellness, flexibility, and a deeper connection with the body.

Sacred Offerings

Breathework

Breathwork is a guided practice using intentional breathing patterns to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and create a deeper sense of connection within the body. Sessions combine conscious breathing, music, sound baths and mindful awareness to create an immersive experience for emotional release, grounding, and self-discovery.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a deeply restful, guided meditation practice that brings the body into a state of profound relaxation while keeping the mind gently aware. Often called “yogic sleep,” it uses breath, body awareness, visualization, and guided meditation to support deep rest, relaxation, and inner connection.

Soulful Musings

Soul Whispers

Really enjoyed McKaye’s Yin class! She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the class feel really welcoming. My wife is pregnant and McKaye was very accommodating with her, which we really appreciated.

The whole vibe was super relaxing too. Overall, McKaye was awesome and we had a really good experience. We’ll definitely be back!

McKaye is absolutely amazing! If you have ever felt like there were emotions trapped inside your body that you couldn’t quite reach, I cannot recommend her breath work class enough. I came into this experience carrying something I had been unable to physically release for 15 years...

I’m generally the kind of person who would try to stay away from a breathwork class. I’m a pretty logically minded person, typically pretty skeptical of stuff like this. I was very pleasantly surprised at how beneficial I felt the class was, despite how new and different of an experience it was. I would recommend it to anyone trying to connect with God.
